The controls and qualities required within the Cosmetics Industry are becoming more stringent as the Industry looks to improve standards. The water qualities required for most Cosmetic production is now very close to that required for Pharmaceutical applications. Environmental Water Systems (UK)Ltd manufacture a complete range of reverse osmosis and CEDI (continuous Electro Deionisation) systems to suit the Cosmetics industry, the systems are designed to include full hygienic design that will ensure both chemical and microbiological purity. For smaller systems reverse osmosis units can easily be combined with non regenerable mixed bed cylinders units to polish the water to meet these high standards. Systems with flow rates from 1600l/hr to 20,000l/hr can be accommodated from the EWS range of standard plant. Systems requiring higher flow rates can be specifically designed.
