HTM 2030 (HTM01)

HTM2030 (soon to be superseded by the (HTM01) was published 10 years ago along with HTM2010 and HTM2031 to establish a standard for safe and effective surgical instrument decontamination.

Water quality is key to the achievement of HTM2030 for washer disinfectors and endoscope reprocessors. The final rinse water for the WD's and AER's has to meet a quality standard that can be achieved by passing the water through a reverse osmosis system.
